Sickness
If you or your child is feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, please reschedule.
We advise anyone who is feeling unwell on the day of their appointment to reschedule ASAP to avoid disappointment.
We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we think it’s necessary to keep our staff safe.
Cancellation
All online bookings now require a deposit.
If you cancel within two hours of your appointment or are a ‘no show’, your deposit will be forfeited.
We strongly advise clients to re-book their appointments while in the shop.
